My Story

Solo Artist

I tour and travel the country with my girlfriend and two kids. We home-school and let our kids experience the world around them. It's been an amazing experience and It's just beginning.

Ever since i was 5 years old I've been interested in music. My dad talked a band into calling me up at age 11 while at a wedding to play "You Really Got Me" and that was it! I caught the bug! From there I practiced every day on my dads drum set until he bought my my own kit after my meeting with Abe Guthrie in 1983. Abe and I formed XAVIER and started playing after a year of rehearsing. It grew and we soon took Xavier on the road playing the country along side Arlo Guthrie. Xavier opened and shared the stage with many great performers and legends such as Willie Nelson, Pete Seeger, Kris Kristoferson, Foghat, The Outlaws, Brad Delp (singer of Boston), John Mellencamp and many more.

I soon became interested in piano and guitar and in 1991 I left Xavier and started the journey of solo guitar singer songwriting. I wrote a song for the soldiers of Gulf War entitled "All The Heroes" which received regional air play and success. from there after a stint in local bands Xavier regrouped and recorded the debut CD "Full Circle" a culmination of years of being together and not together. After years of touring they recorded another CD "Mrs. Hollywood" which has been their best to date.

When Abe started touring solo with his dad Randy sought a new project which started in March of 2010 Whiskey City. WC gained immediate popularity as the hottest live band in western MA. gaining the title as "Berkshires Best Band" 4 years in a row. Their blazing country - rock sound drove record crowds to their shows. Randy heads up the band with six other members and is still the hottest band in Berkshire County. WC also plays over 30 benefit concerts a year to give back the community! Through all the bands my love for singer songwriting is still the strongest and love solo gigs! I now tour the country playing all over.
